The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of our Web Site.

This Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between us and you, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to the Site, the content, products or services provided by or through the Site, and the subject matter of this Agreement. This Agreement may be amended at any time by us from time to time without specific notice to you. The latest Agreement will be posted on the Site, and you should review this Agreement prior to using the Site.

The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights. All rights in the product names, company names, trade names, logos, product packaging and designs of all Plus Life or third-party products or services, whether or not appearing in large print or with the trademark symbol, belong exclusively to Plus Life or their respective owners, and are protected from reproduction, imitation, dilution or confusing or misleading uses under national and international trademark and copyright laws. The use or misuse of these trademarks or any materials except as permitted herein, is expressly prohibited and nothing stated or implied on this Site confers on you any license or right under any patent or trademark of Plus Life or any third party. Images used on the Plus Life website are copyrighted by Plus Life (© 2007).

4. Limited License; Permitted Uses.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license (a) to access and use the Site strictly in accordance with this Agreement; (b) to use the Site solely for internal, personal, non-commercial purposes; and (c) to print out discrete information from the Site solely for internal, personal, non-commercial purposes and provided that you maintain all copyright and other policies contained therein. No print out or electronic version of any part of the Site or its contents may be used by you in any litigation or arbitration matter whatsoever under any circumstances.

Plus Life reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Your use of the Site after the posting of modifications to this Agreement will constitute your acceptance of this Agreement, as modified. If at any time you do not wish to accept this Agreement, you are not thereafter authorized to use the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

PLUS LIFE MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER RELATING TO THE SITE, OR OTHER CONTENT OR WEBSITES THAT MAY BE ACCESSIBLE DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY THROUGH THE SITE. PLUS LIFE DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL SUCH REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

10. Limitation of Liability

11. Indemnification
Upon use of this Site, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Plus Life and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners and employees from all liabilities, claims and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of this Agreement or your violation of any rights of another.

12. No Waiver
The failure of Plus Life to enforce any provisions of this Agreement or respond to a breach by you or other parties shall not in any way waive its right to enforce subsequently any terms or conditions of this Agreement or to act with respect to similar breaches.

13.  Laws and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and the Parties hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts

14.  Statement of Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Plus Life is committed to maintaining the privacy and accuracy of your personal information and to protecting such information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.

This Statement of Privacy describes how Plus Life treats information received about you when you become a Plus Life member/ subscriber, when you provide information to us, and when you use the Plus Life website
Plus Life takes all reasonable steps to protect Personal Information. Plus Life uses technologies and processes such as encryption, access control procedures, network firewalls and physical security. These technologies and methods increase the security and privacy of information travelling to, from and within the Plus Life network.

Plus Life also safeguards Personal Information from unauthorized access. Only authorized Plus Life employees or agents carrying out permitted business functions are permitted to access Personal Information. Employees who violate Plus Life’s privacy access policies are subject to disciplinary actions, including termination when appropriate.
