Exchange Policy for Plus Life Pte Ltd

  1. Products sold are non-refundable.
  2. For any exchange, receipts must be produced within 3 days from purchased date. Products must be unopened and in the original state/package.
  3. We will not accept exchange for products which has been abused or damaged through the customer's neglect.
  4. When selecting a new product for exchange, we encourage you to select one that is of equal or greater in value to the original purchased item as we do not issue refunds on the price difference between the value of the exchanged product and the original purchased item.
  5. If a product is exchanged for one that is of higher value, the customer is required to top up the difference in price.
  6. Products which are 3 months from date of expiring and expired products are non-exchangeable.
  7. Exchange of promotional, priced-down product and products bought under the birthday discount are not allowed.
  8. Exchange of product bought from Plus Life’sĀ distributors is not allowed.
  9. We will not bear any charges incurred by customers during the process of exchange of products.
  10. We reserve the rights to make amendments to this policy without prior notice.
